You will be on the phone in a long queue for over an hour and I've witnessed in the surgery itself they put the phone on mute and let it ring and ring. Treat people with dignity, our psychiatrists tell is to ring if we are needing help! And you do not help

Had a short notice appointment with Kris for my very poorly father. He was absolutely brilliant, listened to him and his concerns and came up with a plan for the short term future. Really positive experience after a few days of frustration with his own surgery. Thanks again Kris.

The doctors are fine but the receptionists are lazy, rude and racist. Several times we have Been (as people of colour) and they have given us dirty looks. We were praying in a corner(out of people's way) and I literally heard them say "ugh why are they praying there, why don't they just pray outside, so annoying" IT WAS DARK AND COLD OUTSIDE. These white women have no right to treat us like this when they are sitting there doing nothing anyways.

Ring for a doctors appointment they tell you the doctor will ring u in 3 weeks to see if he needs to see you.. instead of having a massive premises with 1 doctor and 5 nurses get doctors
