Phone consultation with the doctor was very helpful. It meant not waiting for an appointment and I had the chance to ask any questions that I might have.

You will be on the phone in a long queue for over an hour and I've witnessed in the surgery itself they put the phone on mute and let it ring and ring. Treat people with dignity, our psychiatrists tell is to ring if we are needing help! And you do not help
