Love HB have a few bargains in this store, Was sad to see staff member had laryngitis and was on tills serving and interacting with customers, when it was pretty clear she had lost her voice. ( thought HB would of put her in a back where she doesn’t have to deal with customers or send her home) Went in the store... read full comment

Always very busy but don't have enough people on the tills, so always big lines of customer's up the aisles.
