I Went into argos today to exchange my mobile phone that was faulty. I was told because I had opened the box that they wouldn't exchange my PHONE I had a snotty manager go on at me till security came as I wouldn't move this argos is piss poor further more the girl manager is a total prick

Very disappointed with the customer service from this Argos store. I recently bought two nasal aspirators, one manual and one electric, for babies, immediately after the purchase we were advised not to use them. Do not go argos in Newcastle under Lyme just bn after waiting 20 mins as people pushing in staff ignoring me worst place and customer service iv ever had although I spend over 100 a year I won't be any more I assure u lost my custom.
