If this spa retreat cost £20 I would say it’s worth the visit but given the price we paid, it was quite disappointing. There are only two showers and one toilet in the women’s changing room, and due to the way the time slots are scheduled, everyone ends up changing at the same time, making the space overcrowded and...

We went to the spa, and it was quite underwhelming. There are quite a few niche experiences in the spa, so would have been nice for them to give us a small tour and brief description of what was there when we arrived rather than leaving us to our own devices. Friendly service, banging chips (pie and seasonal veg), relaxed warm atmosphere.
We had a hearty meal, a pint, and we played some of the games at the bar. Just what we wanted after a day on the hills and before heading back to our windy camp site.
We didn't use the hotel.
