Purchased a Denon Hi-Fi on line which became faulty within the 2 year guarantee period. Phoned J.L customer services who acknowledged it had been reported within the Guarantee and that I should return it to my nearest store ASAP. Made a 120 mile round trip to the Cheadle Store only to be told that I had been wrongly informed... read full comment
