Called in today, staff was busy, but dealing with desk customers and telephone calls, waited 10/15 min, staff apologetic and quick to sort me out 5star service.

Found the two female staff members serving customers stern and rude (20/3/25).
One was sharp with an elderly lady who was just being nice.
Interpersonal skills apparently lacking and they don’t hide the fact they clearly don’t want to be at work.
Waste of a journey personally. Wanted to make a mortgage overpayment...
