“Popped into the Cannock branch this week, fully prepared with every document I could find for a fight to get my replacement bank card and I couldn’t have been more delighted with the experience! I was met by a super friendly gentlemen who was able to sort what I needed straight away and then even showed me how to use the banking app to pay in a cheque. It was so lovely to just walk into a branch and be dealt with by a friendly member of staff!”

“Not the most competitive fuel prices in the area. Staff need to pay more attention to cleaning up diesel spills at the pumps, I’ve had to put sand down on my last two visits because it got on my shoes at the pump.”

I have a 3 year old daughter who absolutely loves every member of staff and every time we go in every single member of staff takes the time to make a fuss of her and make her laugh.
Nothing is ever too much trouble and 9/10 I get everything I need:)”
