We came for Christmas Day food. I was surprised how calm it was! I was expecting Sunday afternoon chaos so hats off to the staff for making the day so controlled. The staff at the carvery section was welcoming however, it was overall a disappointing experience. The female staff told us that she would come back for the drinks but it never happened.
