“After receiving great service a couple of years ago for our living room carpet,we visited the store a couple of days ago to order for the hall,stairs and landing,the lady assistant was most helpful in which carpet would wear better on our stairs,and was most helpful carting sample pieces over to the lino I had chose to help match the colours, the store was lovely and clean and tidy and it's great to see the products on display rather than relying on on line pictures, highly recommend using this company,”

“CONSOLE REPAIR TRIAL!Took my Xbox console to the manager (Managers only permitted to do console servicing) who's name is James, sound guy. I asked him how much for my console to be cleaned internally as it was very dusty from previous owner, I got a straight to the point price and was told to bring it in which I did and he said it would be done by the end of the day so I can pick it up the morning after. I turned up and it was done no messing about, it was like new! I did have to bring it back as he left a connection loose for the eject button but he fixed it within half an hour. Very pleased and if they finish the trial and agree to carry on the console servicing and repairs I'll definitely be a future customer! Thank you!”

“We brought out kitchen a while ago but due to us using our own fitters it has only just gone in! Saying that, its absolutely stunning! The lady at wickes who helped us, planned it all etc was Bev and she is such a genuinely nice person. From the moment i met her up to the end of delivery she was so helpful, informative and patient. Our little dog Nala also thought she was great and that doesnt happen often!

“Very large store. Plenty of everything. Busy as it was post Xmas. Plenty of sale items. As with other stores. Signs are poorly positioned. But it's a favourite shop of mine with a great selection of products and its good value”

“Went in the other day and my toddler ended up being sick all over himself in the pushchair and a kind gentleman that works there called Sie went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and offered my son some water too. Wonderful service and kindness 5/5”
