Paid extra for the 'premium samples', have been charged £15 for 5no. and have received 2 standard samples. Have emailed and called and had no response. Try one of the many other companies. Do not pay for any premium samples. I now need to decide how much of my time I devote to getting my money back.

Aaeful customer service. Paid for next day delivery. Not arrived, been calling and calling, everytime i DO manage to speak to someone i get cut off.

We had order 50m2 of laminate flooring back in March. Part of it damaged until now noone had been in touch to either arranged return/discount/or additional packs so we can actually finally lay the floor. Not replying to emails or returning calls. One to avoid I would say!

Ordered some samples of core tec. One of the few UK companies selling this product. No one seems to pick up the phones but communication will hopefully improve as we come out of lockdown.
