Paid extra for the 'premium samples', have been charged £15 for 5no. and have received 2 standard samples. Have emailed and called and had no response. Try one of the many other companies. Do not pay for any premium samples. I now need to decide how much of my time I devote to getting my money back.

Aaeful customer service. Paid for next day delivery. Not arrived, been calling and calling, everytime i DO manage to speak to someone i get cut off.

Customer services have been excellent, we entered our old address by mistake and they sorted this for us hassle free! Thank you so much.The Baelea Aqua Rigid Flooring we purchased has been excellent, the plumber who installed said the quality is excellent and we agree!
