“I live in Lichfield we were in Burton and I decided to pop in to 02 shop.
I had not been able to receive calls on my iPhone 15 pro max for over six weeks! Visits to 02 in Lichfield calls to 02 tech help had got me no where.
I was assisted by Caleb a polite young man who listened and then with a few minutes got my phone working. He was the first competent employee of 02 to do his job professionally and resolve the issue of me not being able to receive calls which is pretty important.
Well done Caleb 02 Burton are lucky to have you and I hope 02 know that. ?”
