“Well for my wife and I ever since the shop has had a face lift with refrigeratored doors on the first isle it has slowed the speed of movement and then you have a queue of people on this isle waiting for people to move on...which is really frustrating, and then when you get to the cash outs with a full trolley of goods you are again waiting because they have reduced the fiscal cash outs to self service cash outs ? So the bottom line is....well to bite your tongue and make the most of it ?”
