“All staff at this cafe are absolutely brilliant! apart from the manager who I find very rude! especially with her staff who all work very hard and don't deserve to be spoken to like I have heard her speak to them.. it's been on a number of occasions I have witnessed this so it's not just a one off! its like she thinks her staff are beneath her not good management at all! Its very unprofessional to talk to your staff in front of customers like that!... Well done to the rest of the staff ?”
