Went to the cafe but not the store itself. Although it was recommended the cafe stopped serving meal deals so we went elsewhere.

Me and my mum came for a reiki treatment yesterday in the spa at sandersons with Angie, she was very professional and it was the most relaxing experience. She was very knowledgeable and is amazing at what she does! We have re booked with her!

Ordered a Christmas gift on 20/12 and paid for DPD 1-day delivery to ensure it would arrive in time. Item never arrived. Received an automated "order refunded" email on 28/12 with no explanation or apology.

I made an online order, using this company over (cheaper!) Amazon, as they?re a physical store and wanted to support the high street even if I wasn?t able to get to a store. They refunded my order three days after the purchase without reason. I assume it?s because they don?t keep accurate stock levels on their website. The basic refund email suggests I returned the item (I did not) and makes no mention of the P&P being refunded as well. Terrible service, use Amazon or John Lewis instead if you?re considering buying from here.

Ordered a Barbour scarf on Monday and paid 6.95 gbp more for next day delivery.Now is Friday and according to dpd they tried to collect the parcel but the store was not ready? this is a Christmas gift for my father and tomorrow I have the flight to Italy.Customer service apologise but then disappear when I told them they need to refund the money I paid for a service I never got. (They obviously need to refund the next day delivery as they failed miserably and made me pay for that).Maybe the in person store is ok but if you want reliability buy from Amazon and stay away from them
