Ordered a Christmas gift on 20/12 and paid for DPD 1-day delivery to ensure it would arrive in time. Item never arrived. Received an automated "order refunded" email on 28/12 with no explanation or apology.

I made an online order, using this company over (cheaper!) Amazon, as they’re a physical store and wanted to support the high street even if I wasn’t able to get to a store. They refunded my order three days after the purchase without reason. I assume it’s because they don’t keep accurate stock levels on their website.... read full comment
