We had previously returned a metal wheelbarrow to the Rotherham store that was badly scratched. A very helpful young man brought two undamaged boxes and opened one for us to check. I think his name was Theo but not sure . He was a star , Thankyou and sorry if I have the wrong name.

Management are absolute horrible the way they speak to there staff when phoning in sick is disgusting the manager who needs a good speaking too and learn a few polite words is tom at meadowhall store. Don't care about there staff force them into doing stuff that they don't feel comfortable doing. Awful company to work for. Keep away!

Thank you sooo much to the security guard today who helped me and my bestie out massively with our large purchases and carried them to the car for us. Brilliant choice of toys got just what I wanted

Went there for nerf rival balls. For a big gun we brought there. Says nerf rival only at smiths in the store. Yet thay don't have any at all and won't be getting any. Was told to go on ebay. Wasn't very happy as I went there especially as its said only at smiths.

On the site of what used to be ToysRUs, this store caters mainly for the toddler and young junior end of childrenNowhere near as good as the Toys R Us store and less choice.Good onsite free parking

Really good shop I used to go there when I was a kid, my daughter told me that it's closed down, I'm very sad.. I got my daughter a wolf soft toy before it closed for good.. she still got it now.. thank u for the memories u have given me and my daughter ð??¢

Buyers beware that as they are now in administration, they are not willing to refund or exchange any items they sell. I wanted to exchange an item as the size was wrong but was met with a very non helpful Manager who just repeated and repeated the same message that as Toys R Us are in administration, they cannot exchange or refund despite my request for a swap of the same item but a different size for my child. I stated why there are no notices saying so in store and he replied because itâ??s stated online. Seriously, as if I would go online and look at the terms of conditions of sale every time I enter a store!! Well, Iâ??ll probably see that jerk of a manager flipping burgers in Burger King down the road in 2 weeks! Poor Poor service .... no wonder they are finished.

Went specifically to pick up a baby monitor and Chico next 2 me crib. New staff on the till was not supervised and had no idea what she was doing. After waiting 15 minutes for the crib to arrive at the collect point we were told it wasn't in stock- so why have the ticket on the shelf. Cue another 30 minute faff to get a refund and pay for a different colour to then have to wait again at the collect point (because they couldn't bring down a different colour for us when looking for the non-existent one). Shocking service- don't bother

It's okay if you know they have the specific toy you want. You can't take a bag in, though, because you might use them to steal the stock. No, you have to leave them with total strangers who work there who couldn't possibly steal...? If they can't trust us, who says we can trust them..? It's okay if you travel there by car and can put existing purchases in the boot. But I wouldn't go in if I already had shopping.

Went several times to purchase my daughters cot, pram and changing drawers. Had been served initially by a lovely member of staff, and her colleague helped the second time when she wasn't available who was also very helpful. However when we had an issue with one of the drawers, the lady who served us was again helpful and lovely but upon returning to the store we were greeted by a woman who constantly spoke over me and had no interest in hearing why we were there. She sent us away to another till and I asked for the lovely lady who had served me before. At the other till another lady who was serving was equally as unpleasant as the first! Not sure why but if it wasn't for the lovely lady who served us originally, the experience I had today with my partner would put me off returning to the store. Which considering how much we had spent there is a disgrace!
