We had previously returned a metal wheelbarrow to the Rotherham store that was badly scratched. A very helpful young man brought two undamaged boxes and opened one for us to check. I think his name was Theo but not sure . He was a star , Thankyou and sorry if I have the wrong name.

Management are absolute horrible the way they speak to there staff when phoning in sick is disgusting the manager who needs a good speaking too and learn a few polite words is tom at meadowhall store. Don't care about there staff force them into doing stuff that they don't feel comfortable doing. Awful company to work for.... read full comment
