Poor customer service, booked an appointment and before setting off I discussed that I'd be a bit late due to unfamiliarity with location and traffic. But they said it was fine. Prior to being a few minutes away they cancel my appointment and refuse to treat me any other time of day which I was willing to do as travelled 5 miles up hills on bike whilst fasting.Just don't agree on things you not willing to go through with to avoid causing customers inconvenience. They ended up accusing me of saying I said few minutes when I clearly recall not specifying a time. (PS only 20 minutes late and they had me booked for a 2 hour session). This could have been avoided by better communication.

First time here, both me and my son, I got there a little early, was greeted so friendly which put me at ease. Was pointed in the right direction for the best style and hair colour and my hair has turned out amazing im so happy and will defo cone again. My son has had his first perm and is so happy..... mum points.All staff so friendlyThank you so much

Nice place with lovely people, Nicole was The Best as my son said to her because nobody else until now could do his haircut(5year old) and always will get down from the chair ??? but not with Nicole xx She is awesome, professional and absolutely knows what she is doing
