Poor customer service, booked an appointment and before setting off I discussed that I'd be a bit late due to unfamiliarity with location and traffic. But they said it was fine. Prior to being a few minutes away they cancel my appointment and refuse to treat me any other time of day which I was willing to do as travelled... read full comment
