How can you even contact this chain? Phone never connected after 3 days of trying to book a spa treatment. I had a voucher so couldn't use the website as no capacity to enter voucher number, only payment details.Noteworthy details: Phone numbers not connecting

2 night stay while visiting the theatre. Great room with twin beds. Lots of room, view from room of winter Gardens. Bathroom has bath and walk In shower.Lovely staff very helpful.Breakfast lovely lots to pick

Excellent upmarket city centre hotel very nice spacious rooms the room we had over looked the peace gardens which was nice as an excellent bar serving a good selection of drinks and the breakfast served is very good you can also book a excellent afternoon tea if you want used hotel before and never been disappointedRooms:... read full comment
