Its not the staff but Lloyds customer service generally. For 3 months now I've been trying to resolve an issue with my ISA transfer. Everytime call, no further on. Terribly frustrating

Always been helpful staff and very courteous it would be a big loss to the villiage as there are so many elderly that rely o n their local bank

Lloyds bank is absolutely excellent the staff are all helpful and kind nothing is too much trouble the only problem is so many branches closing
