One person serving on the four person cash desks over lunch? He was counting money for 5 minutes of my wait as well. I understand people need to have a lunch break, but where was everyone??

Absulately horrendous, long waiting time to he seen by counter staff, after 40minute waiting, they provided me with misinformation and lied, very degrading for a bank to behave in such manner, abuslately horrendous and fabricated service filled with lies, they do not care about you atall

They get two stars because of their friendly and helpful staff. But they're chronically understaffed, there's only four counters and waiting times are horrendous as a result. Lord help them when the Eccy Road NatWest shuts down next month.

After waiting for over 30 minutes, I was simply told to call their customer service number because the branch couldn?t assist me. Very inefficient and frustrating. I?ve had much better experiences with online banks.

Not good, trying to sort out my dad's account after he died and took the paperwork in, not heard anything for 2 weeks and when I chased the call centre said the documents hadn't been uploaded properly. Did it over the phone and now I have to wait 25 working days for an update. I have to pay for his cremation and while the call centre said I could take the invoice into the branch, I don't have much confidence that they will help

Shocking experience of customer service. As a long serving customer needless to say I will be moving my banking.

Fed up! Visited in person, my nearest branch open, from Hope Valley, to make a significant transfer of funds. Cutting an overlong experience to a short story conclusion, they didn't have the staff to help me and they make it harder than wading through glue to deal with MY money. Tried to palm me off to Meadowhall on a Sunday, too. Thanks, no thanks, I'll get the transfer done next week, you win, you get extra days earning what should be MY interest, but then I leave. Loyal customer not valued.

Not as; friendly, helpful or forthcoming with advice as my usual experience yesterday.Apparently, if you are a loyal customer experiencing a "cash flow problem" then you aren't worth the, time and energy for appropriate and helpful advice in Sheffield Moor branch. Such a shame as the Doncaster Branch are much more helpful and kind. Please be made aware that if you present as; poor, tired, worried and stressed then you may be labelled "Hostile", discriminated against and not offered appropriate kindness or help. Sorry to see you go Halifax, it has been a dynamic experience. Goodbye Alan ? All the best mate.Hello light of our lives the lovely Lucy and her patient colleagues at The Co-op Bank ? ? ?

It's better if you can turf up to your bank with your details just after they open but you'll be on hold for ages if you phone out of the blue. They are woefully stretched and some call answerers struggled with my crystal English accent.

This Bank in my opinion is using this pandemic to cut costs at it's customers experience. You cannot deposit cash, because the bank is closed. For us that work on the front line and cannot get to the Bank because of their inappropriate opening hours. They will not answer emails.
