Absolutely terrible. Online chat told to ring.got through 20mins conversation. Got appointment in meadowhall. Got phone call Got cancelled. Told to pop in.pop in told to do online .glitches etc.different people saying different things

One person serving on the four person cash desks over lunch? He was counting money for 5 minutes of my wait as well. I understand people need to have a lunch break, but where was everyone??

Absulately horrendous, long waiting time to he seen by counter staff, after 40minute waiting, they provided me with misinformation and lied, very degrading for a bank to behave in such manner, abuslately horrendous and fabricated service filled with lies, they do not care about you atall
