Walked 0.7 miles up a massive hill from Hillsborough with a heavy box to post an item with Evri 'print in store' (label). Got to the store: 'Sorry, we've run out of print labels, you'll have to come back another time'. Great. So why are you advertising as 'print in store' (Evri) if you can't print in store? Doesn’t open at 7:30am as stated on googleJust to add to this - unhelpful staff who send your parcels back before the stated date of return! Went to pick up parcel and couldn’t because their machine was broken, couldn’t go next day because I was working all day and came Sunday to get it and they’d sent it back even... read full comment
