not a good experience. their automated checkout is unreliable. you are supposed to put an item in their bin and it automatically finds the item and brings it up for payment. except the check out i used randomly added other items which were not in the bin and which i hadn't selected nor put in the bin and added these to...

Went today for a new electric bike, i didn't really know what i wanted,thanks to Sam who was so full of knowledge I have the bike i wanted,he left nothing unturned, proper expert in his field mega helpful, an absolute pleasure to have dealt with,awesome customer service, thank you ??
