Excellent service again today from Geraldine I have been with this bank many years and never been disappointed with service from any staff member.

Ann was a very good person with dealing with my things at the co-op help me a great deal as I can’t see you very well went through it by stages never told me what to say but told me the options what I could have very good one of the best I’ve been to was Ann at the co-op.

The customer service offered by this bank is beyond abysmal. I have been locked out of my account for over a week now. After taking what seemed like forever to speak to someone on the phone, they still could not fix the issue.
