The staff are too busy talking to friends and colleagues instead of helping customers. I waited ten minutes for my purchases to be authorised but the staff were still talking to their friends so I left without my shopping.

Never enough staff on or the staff just stare at you and are completely disinterested in helping usually because they’re swarmed with other jobs because there 2 people at work. Get more staff on please, never anyone around when there’s an issue at the self service which is most of the time

Appalling service. Visited 2nd time since I moved here a month ago. I won't be returning. 1st time there was a single pregnant woman running all of the tills and having to dash from 1 to the next.
