“Had a door replaced and a couple of panels resprayed following a no fault accident. Alton were my insurers choice.Really happy with the end result. The work itself was speedy enough, taking just a week.My only gripe is that i had no updates on estimated completion date despite being promised. I tried calling many times with no answer. Emailing did generate a response to say the car was ready for pick up! This resulted in a panic and rush to collect the car as the insurers text an hour later to day the hire car needed returning immediately. Some notice would have been helpful as not everyone can pop out of work to deal with this.”
