What a despicable bank this is. When are they going to read the levels of dissatisfaction and take note of their customers feedback. By a mistake beyond my control, two mortgage payments have not been made on time. The mortgage companies have accepted the payments late without penalties, but the Yorkshire Bank has debited two charges for failed DD payments. The good news is that I am leaving the bank and moving my business to Handelsbanken, goodbye Richard. THIS BANK IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE COUNTY OF YORKSHIRE USING ITS NAME.

Again traveled 25 miles to go to the bank and found it not open even though it is one of the few branches left ,and they didn't even bother to inform anyone on the Internet that it was going to be closed over the weekend .

Been with this bank for more than 35yrs. The only improvement they need is the front desk at counter. The more cashiers the quicker the service but as I understand they're trying to reduce this so as customers can sort their banking needs online. I'm not confident with this so prefer to go into the bank. I bet there are others in same boat. Service is a bit slow so when there is a big queue theres only 3 counter staff the other 2 counters are closed? Whats point in having them spaces for counter staff when they are empty. I think I like to see quicker service then I'll give 5 star rating.

BeenBeen with the bank 40 years now they have closed every branch within 15 miles its very difficult to get to branch when things need sorting

Tatty branch. I've been coming in here for the best part of thirty years & I think it's been done up once in that time. Please note, opening times must be adjusted to account for the mood of some of tellers. It's a terrible inconvenience having to serve customers when there's only 20 mins left till closing. People skills like this could be transferred to the lion taming industry.
