Always super helpful but went above and beyond for today's book signing with Darren Shan, after waiting quite a while the staff could see we were trying to keep our 2 yr old entertained waiting and they took it upon themselves to ask people ahead of us if they wouldn't mind us going next.

Good selection of books and book accessories. Good on-site cafe as well.

Huge crowd after Christmas. We sat at the cafe, the walnut-coffee cake was good. The toilets were extremely crowded and the cleanliness was poor. And why do they haven't men toilet (disabled one only)? Anyway, Waterstones are the best places in the UK.
