“Always super helpful but went above and beyond for today's book signing with Darren Shan, after waiting quite a while the staff could see we were trying to keep our 2 yr old entertained waiting and they took it upon themselves to ask people ahead of us if they wouldn't mind us going next. Super informative about books in general, just 5/5 really.”
