After spending 2 HOURS on hold Monday morning to get test results at YOUR request I was told only available appointment was today and I would get a telephone appointment TODAY at 11.30 am I explained I work nights and should be in bed by 10am and receptionist said they would make a note, it is now 12.23 and still no call, I am now going to have to miss this call as I have to get what little sleep I now will, with no idea if I have anything seriously wrong or owt,if I was 10min late I would miss my appointment, this is very substandard.

Went to an appointment there saying that all my results are fine and that was it they didn?t try to help me further at all because my tests were clear which is fair and all but I know that something is wrong and after going to the same day health centre he believes I?ve got IBS and now I?ve tried to rebook an appointment and now they?ve got nothing for the rest of March and I can?t even book for next month until the end of this month absolutely insane!

Absolute first class service! For someone who is petrified of dentists this dentist experience was the only one that has not scared me from going back! Cannot thank the dentist and dental nurse enough.

My husband had a servere back pain and dizziness last night, phoned GP this morning for an appointment, and was told the earliest appointment will be 14 days later. This is ridiculous!

This Is a review about talking therapies or what ever it is called as soon as I mentioned having kids immediately started asking for names and date of births ect why on earth would they need this info? Definitely not going back. Bare in mind I went initially for help with a bereavement

It used to be one of the worst practices in Doncaster. I remember a time when you could barely get through to them over the phone, not to mention booking an appointment. However , in recent months I have seen a massive improvement. The new calls system really works, and the service has become really smooth. Great job.

Called 111 for a tooth to be extracted. There was nothing in my area. Asked to be seen further a field and got an appointment at The Flying Scotsman.Very professional staff. Absolutely amazing dentist. Very reassuring, gave me a few options to choose. I was in and out within 20 minutes.I'll be going back to have more work done. Amazing!

An outstanding service today. Despite a technical glitch with the Dr app, the staff at the FSHC were able to notify me that my repeat prescription request had not tracked; work during their training time to issue it and keep me in the loop. I am grateful to them all for this, as I had run out. The staff are always very, very busy and we can easily give them a hard press, but they really do work extremely hard for us when we need them to. In recent months, I have noticed big, positive changes to the way things have been and this is to be thanked and commended. Well done everyone and thank you for all your hard work!!!

Needed an emergency dental appointment through 111 and saw Dr Sarah and her assistant. I?ve been to a few dentists over the past 2 years and this might be the best experience I?ve had at a dental clinic yet.

Getting an appointment here is harder than getting into Vatican ! Your file goes from doctor to doctor you always see a different one . They say call between 8-9 to get an appointment but people go into practice at 7:55 to get that face to face so good luck waiting on the phone line and getting that appointment. Manager don?t have a clue !

I booked an emergency appointment here through 111, and I cannot fault the service and care I was given yesterday. I came in in floods of tears from the pain, the receptionist was incredibly sympathetic asking if I was okay. My appointment ran late but when I was called through I met my dentist, Jason and his assistant (I think her name was Claire!)I am a VERY nervous patient. I was crying, shaking, everything. They were both so so patient with me, did not force me to do anything until I was ready. Reassured me throughout and let me know exactly what was happening. I ended up with a quick root canal to get me out of pain, and a referral to the hospital to be sedated for an extraction of the tooth.I have been to many dentists about this tooth and none were as understanding, as patient or as kind. They just wanted me in and out.I have woken up today in significantly less pain, and I cannot thank Jason and Claire enough for holding my hand through the whole procedure.
