After spending 2 HOURS on hold Monday morning to get test results at YOUR request I was told only available appointment was today and I would get a telephone appointment TODAY at 11.30 am I explained I work nights and should be in bed by 10am and receptionist said they would make a note, it is now 12.23 and still no call,... read full comment

Good service but a little error is that the appointments take to long and need to be faster and more efficient
