It's ok when you can get the service. Phone at 8am on the dot and line constantly busy, not put into a call queue just have to keep ringing back till you get lucky.

Very Very bad service.receptionist not helpful.Even after trying for several days, no appointment is given.

I booked an appointment online via the NHS app and was seen by Dr Anne Neeson who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and supported during my appointment. She is an excellent doctor.
