Been here before with no issues, however called for item today and because I didn't have the correct terminology for things was treated like a fool. I actually ended up apologising for my lack of knowledge of the correct terminology as the salesperson was treating me with such indifference and disgust. Will go to Screwfix... read full comment

Your lorry driver needs to be retrained on the Highway Code, especially the rules for following distances and use of horn.
