“i recently visited dreams on danum retail park doncaster in the search for a new electric bed . i was met by kevin who was pleasant knowledgable about the products helpful without being pushy . there was a good range of beds on display . eventually i chose one it has yet to be delivered . i also bought a tempur pillow expensive yes but first nights sleep on it and neck pain was gone over a year i have spent the cost of this pillow in order to find the right one and none worked for me i now understand what spinal allignment means . overall this visit was a pleasant experience for me .”

“I recently severely broke my leg but had to get a new jumper for a family celebration meal out so I visited the Doncaster store and due to mobility problems because of my leg getting from the car to the store was hard work and by time I reached the store I was sweaty out of breath and as soon as got through a member of staff must of seen me struggling as the young lady came upto me asked me if I was OK and asked me if there was any help she could give after getting me a chair to sit on which I explained my visit this young lady then said you wait there sir and I will see what we can sort out for you after about 10-15 minutes wait the young lady came back with a collection of jumpers of different designs, patterns etc and when I saw the one I liked she asked if the colour there was OK or there was a choice of other colours and I asked for for a cream or light colour in an xl size and off she went and returned with one that was perfect I thanked her so much and apologised for being a burden and her reply was its all in the matalan service and customer satisfaction that matters and we are here to help and off I hobbled back to the car what a great service and shop and amazing value for money in all it's products.”

Christine is fantastic, and Adam is a really nice lad too, they both really go out their way to please their customers. They encouraged me to open a trade account, to benefit from their new trade discounts. I wanted to make a few last minute changes which she was more than happy to accommodate- in the end decided to keep what has been ordered apart from our bathroom mirror.She was really helpful and couldn’t have done anymore!”

“After researching on the internet and checking out local suppliers for an extractor fan for our bathroom we came across Doncaster Kitchen and Bathroom Studio and rang their Sales Department for advice. We spoke to Mick, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered a suitable fan at a very reasonable price and were pleased to receive it the next day with no extra charge for delivery. “I needed a replacement splashback to match a worksurface supplied by Arnolds 12 years ago.Fantastic long-term customer support. Arnolds made every effort to try and help me out and get a good match. In the end the piece supplied (and fitted) was a perfect match in colour texture and pattern (not bad 12 years on!!!). It could not have been better if supplied originally. The fitters were great guys, polite, knew what they were doing and did a fantastic job quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Would I use Arnolds again - yes unquestionably. Great all round service.”

“Dave and Scott delivered the bed and mattress to us. They were polite and both clean in appearance, which you don’t always get. They were both friendly, smiley and efficient. Before they left I was given an information card with both their names on and contact details for the aftercare team, if I needed it; which I don’t. The bed was delivered in good, sturdy packaging, was very easy to assemble and the handy screwdriver included is a great addition for my tool box (much better than another Allen key) From entering the showroom and speaking with Amanda (Doncaster branch Centurion retail park) to having the bed and mattress delivered was effortless, all the way from start to finish. I received the best customer service from Amanda instore, she wasn’t pushy at all and took her time to ensure we were happy before ordering. Amanda gave us correct information of delivery schedules and all went to plan without any hiccups or delays. The delivery team kept us updated via email and on the day Dave and Scott contacted me with a delivery time (which I could also track via the link in the email) My delivery arrived within the designated time slot. Fantastic, Bensons for Beds, you did exactly what you promised. Will definitely use again in the future.”

“I was really pleased, that I was given time to browse , without an annoying sales person breathing down my neck . Once I had chosen what I wanted, the saleswoman, (sorry forgether name), was so professional. After explaining the layout for delivery and the difficulty in the tight turn getting furniture to the lounge, she was able to assure me that it wasn't a problem , as what I had chosen came apart, even went the extra mile to explain the complete breakdown.
