“I usually get my paint from here but the B&q brand goodhome is a bit hit and miss. Each tin can contain a different shade.I went in to B&q to show just how different the shades were and even the finish. They were shocked at the quality but sorted out the problem to the best of their ability.Prices are very up and down, sometimes it can be the most expensive place to buy something, other times they have great deals on things.”

“Shopped instore at Matalan, Doncaster today. Usually shop online, so haven't been in a store for a while. Pleasantly surprised on the range of clothing, household items etc available.Many of the tills are self service, which are ok if you know what you're doing, but there were friendly staff available when I experienced a couple of difficulties. Just be aware that coathangers are no longer "free" - there is a charge for each one taken!”

He answered every question we had honestly to help us with the final decision!We even made an error with our order and Joe rectified this the next day.My only complaint was when we realised our error we were not able to contact the store directly by phone. We were put through to a general call centre who sent an email to the store...they couldn't even ring the store.”

“Dave and Scott delivered the bed and mattress to us. They were polite and both clean in appearance, which you don’t always get. They were both friendly, smiley and efficient. Before they left I was given an information card with both their names on and contact details for the aftercare team, if I needed it; which I don’t. The bed was delivered in good, sturdy packaging, was very easy to assemble and the handy screwdriver included is a great addition for my tool box (much better than another Allen key) From entering the showroom and speaking with Amanda (Doncaster branch Centurion retail park) to having the bed and mattress delivered was effortless, all the way from start to finish. I received the best customer service from Amanda instore, she wasn’t pushy at all and took her time to ensure we were happy before ordering. Amanda gave us correct information of delivery schedules and all went to plan without any hiccups or delays. The delivery team kept us updated via email and on the day Dave and Scott contacted me with a delivery time (which I could also track via the link in the email) My delivery arrived within the designated time slot. Fantastic, Bensons for Beds, you did exactly what you promised. Will definitely use again in the future.”
