“Use this shop often always great value for money and staff normally very nice and helpful went in other day and wanted some colouring canvases piled so high couldn't get the one I wanted a member of the public came to help me and sent the lot crashing down, a member of staff came across and was extremely rude to me gave me a proper telling off even though it wasn't my fault”
