Spoke to one of the managers and he said come back in the morning because the fishmonger had gone home, went back, Saturday, fishmonger was on.explain to him what I wanted and he did an amazing job he even pin boned it for me. I bought four salmon when he’d finished He told me it was on offer so decided to buy another 2 all 6 salmon were filleted amazingly pin boned heads off and perfectly served. This is how fish should be dealt with. Well done mate. Keep up the great work if you have time pop over to Bramley and show them how to do the job ???”
