“The 2 younger ones working here are lovely. Always friendly and helpful. The older blonde one not so much. If she can't be bothered with the service you're there for she'll turn you away and ask you to come back later with the excuse that she's on her own and it's busy. I work in a small shop and often have to work alone but I'd be in trouble if I refused to serve customers with that excuse”
