Never spoken to call centre staff so unhelpful and useless

Service really slipped - staff can't be bothered - won’t let you join a line to withdraw cash - make you sit and wait like a child - talk to customers like they’re beneath them - easier to transfer money to an account held elsewhere and withdraw the cash from there - decent bank as long as you don’t require any customer... read full comment

Halifax is the worst bank I have ever used. I have had several issues with them about things. Waiting mainly
