“Shopped here today for a shirt for my night out and I found exactly what I wanted! The store was very clean and well stocked. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my car keys in the store changing rooms and the staff kindly waited behind even after the store had closed so I could come back and collect them. Thank you so much ? You saved my whole weekend ?”

“Went in to get some strawberries this evening and asked a young member of staff if he knew where they are as I’m not familiar of the layout. Mason walked with me at my pace and he showed me where they would be, but you were unfortunately out of stock. During a busy delivery period, Mason still took his time with me to ensure there was definitely no strawberries in the shop and made recommendations for what else I could buy (still including strawberries).
