really bad, rude, won't even let you freeze your card - oh and they stole my account details and sold them (before my card was even received in the post, I was scammed) so, no thanks ...

Just a note to say what a lovely friendly bank this is. My experiences with my own banking together with my brother have been top class, so patient and nothing seems to be too much trouble..spot on.
