Nice friendly people when you talk to them but otherwise completely useless. The staff on the phones have no clue on what they have in the shop. I have phoned them several times and has been like this. So frustrating.

I placed and paid-for an order nine days ago and have still not received an update on whether my order has been dispatched, or when it is likely to be dispatched. Website says trading hours are until 5.30 pm. Telephone line information says that Miles Tools phone lines are open until 4 pm. Just so as you know........

If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs. Ordered parts 5 months ago. Still nothing. If you can?t get hold of the parts why have them on your website. Absolute joke of a company. Save time and money and go elsewhere.

I ordered some parts in April, did not receive and information regarding shipping or a confirmation until I reached out myself. Its been 3 months now and still did not receive my items. They keep telling me new stock is supposed to come in tomorrow, then next week, then end of the month and then next month. Its been over a month of the last update and I've reached out but no reply. This feels like a scam. Do not recommend.

18 days from order to delivery for an item which was being shown as in stock which then apparently had to come from the supplier. No correspondence for 2 weeks and only when chased was I told it was being posted out. pretty poor really.

Nice friendly people when you talk to them but otherwise completely useless. Ordered an electrical tool two months ago and keep being told it will be delivered before the end of the week, that was 7 weeks ago and still waiting. This is despite calling them first before placing the order and being told the item was in stock. After the placing the order, I was called to say the item was not in stock! I doubt they have anything in stock. Will never ever purchase from them again.

Avoid this company. They will waste your time and money.
Store manager doesn't care at all.
Placed an order with them, been waiting for few days, no notification about my order, contacted them via email and they told me I will receive my order in 7-10 days, passed 14 days no order show up, contacted then again today and they told me I will receive my order soon. Decided to contact directly the store manager to understand what is soon, (1 week, 1month, 1year?), she told they have only one pair of items in stock and they will send to us, after few moment after the phone call with the store manger received an email as my order has been cancelled.

Very impressive. They stock a vast range of tools and related equipment, as you would expect, but what stands out to me is the options on offer for any given product, from cheap and cheerful to stunningly high quality and costly and everything in between. Outshines the likes of B&Q, Homebase, etc. hands down. However, that actually pales into insignificance alongside their level of service.
My first visit was on a recommendation when, having snapped one key to my Jeep and the spare threatening to follow suit, I was trying to get a new one. Timpsons had quoted nearly £500, and I had to travel to either Exeter or Bristol as it apparently required specialist equipment. Long story short ... £25.
My other significant experience was when I bought a pair of boots. Nearly £100 but 6 months later, the soles started to become unstuck. Gave them a call, took the boots in the next day, and they gave me a new pair. No receipt. No quibbles. No drama. In short, I would say you can't go wrong with these guys. Five stars are not enough.

This company is a disgrace it's taken over 6 weeks and as many phone calls for 3 little parts for a circular saw I don't know how they are in business to tell the truth I only give them 1 star because the lady on the phone is Polite .
