Dreadful customer service, ordered parts 3 weeks ago and havent even had a reply to emails enquiring about expected delivery dates.

Nice friendly people when you talk to them but otherwise completely useless. The staff on the phones have no clue on what they have in the shop. I have phoned them several times and has been like this. So frustrating.
