“Metin and Emihran went above and beyond to help me with an issue that Three’s lacklustre online and phone support failed to resolve. Despite being hamstrung by Three’s policy of not allowing store staff to assist and instructing them to direct people to the online support Metin and Emihran spent the bank holiday Monday contacting other stores to try and resolve my issue. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.”

It came out with stick drift and the staff were more than happy to help with the issue replacing the controller. Happened more than once but im glad they sort it out. Recommended 100%”
