“Went in on 16/10 in the afternoon to sell my phone and received excellent service from the really friendly guy working there. From what I remember from my teen days Cex was always really overpriced and had a reputation for paying barely anything for your second hand goods so it’s been years since I set foot in a Cex shop but it seems to have changed for the better. They had an excellent selection of electronic items at reasonable prices and an amazing DVD and games selection too. I opted for being paid in cash rather than store credit (I got a really good price for my phone either way) but I will definitely give Cex another chance in the future.
