Went to pharmacy to pick up prescription. Was told it had to be ordered in and would be available next day. Text came so I went to pick it up. Pharmacy could not dispense as the Pharmacist was off sick!!! Terrible.

Disgusted to have learned you sacked an employee for stopping a shoplifter.
Although I understand a policy of not confronting a shoplifter to protect staff I feel a sacking without any warnings first is extreme.
This employee saved you a loss and this is the thanks they get.

I visited boot’s pharmacy this week after having a bee sting my foot was red swollen and painful the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Came away with cream after being seen by the pharmacist.
