“Easy process to book. Had all scans, very efficient staff member. Had a few concerns and optician did a complete check. Optician was very thorough and offered advice. Chose some glasses and staff member helped to choose style for me. All in all great service. My only niggle would be to be seen at the appt time.”

“During covid, options have been great it a tiny chemist area, with all the basic toiletries, bandages, plasters, cream, ointments, hair products sanitarys, etc behind the counter medication? one pharmacist always usualy the same and usually 2women employees that are friendly. Its a 2 people at a time policy stated on The door. There's a seating area for the second person indide. Outside a wall to sit if its busy but rarely this happens. It also is opposite a shop with a post office which comes in handy.”

“After such an appalling service from another pharmacy, Preddy's of Preston Grove were Very helpful with my request to get a prescription that was messed up in more than one way due to a split order that i thought had gone through but didn't. The lady at Preddy's was very apologetic and sorted it out in one phone call its brought be to believe that one more mistake from the other pharmacy i will be returning to Preddy's for future orders.”

“I visited boot’s pharmacy this week after having a bee sting my foot was red swollen and painful the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Came away with cream after being seen by the pharmacist. But in the afternoon realised that I would probably need antibiotics. I was seen again this time they were really busy but nothing was too much trouble came away in 20 minutes with antibiotics. So much more helpful than trying to get a Gp appointment would still be waiting to see a doctor today but the foot although not better yet but much more comfortable.”

“As our hotel did not serve breakfast and café was on our route to our next stop tried here instead of Morrisons. Reasonable choice and slightly more expensive but some different items. Tried their posh beans on toast which were the mixed beans in tomato sauce plus a poached egg on top. Generally quite nice and a good start to the morning. Whilst eating and on leaving noticed café getting quite busy with a long queue forming. Glad we got in early.”

“Bought a pizza deal off the counter and when we ate it, it didn’t taste right. Called Asda and spoke to Jenny who was unbelievably helpful.
Not only did she agree to refund the pizzas, she replaced them with different ones and gave a small Asda voucher for the future. The simple fact that she asked questions to find out why it happened so it can be prevented again was remarkable customer care. Cannot stress enough how little you see this these days in customer service, very impressed.”
